01

Model Portfolio status and no advice

2BOOST publishes impersonal research information. It does not provide personalised investment advice or portfolio management.

The 50/30/20 Model Portfolio is a hypothetical, rules-based research model. Its allocations, signals, journal entries, charts and examples do not represent any user's holdings and are not instructions addressed to a particular person. References to “target”, “buy”, “exit”, “position”, “trade” or “execution” describe changes inside the hypothetical model only.

2BOOST does not assess your financial circumstances, knowledge, experience, investment objectives, tax status, jurisdiction or ability to bear losses. It does not determine suitability or appropriateness, owe a fiduciary duty, accept trading authority, hold client money or securities, route orders, verify fills, monitor your account or promise that you can implement a model output at any displayed price.

Nothing on the website or in an account is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice; an offer or solicitation; a prospectus; or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any security. You remain solely responsible for independent due diligence, product eligibility and every decision in your own account. Where appropriate, consult an authorised adviser and tax professional who understands your circumstances.

02

Principal investment and leveraged-ETF risks

The Model Portfolio is aggressive. It allocates half of strategic capital to sleeves using SPXL and SOXL, products designed to seek approximately three times the daily return of their respective indexes before fees and expenses. Daily reset and compounding mean performance over periods longer than one day can differ substantially from three times the index's cumulative return, especially in volatile or sideways markets.

  • Loss and drawdown: an investor could lose a substantial part or all of capital allocated to a leveraged product. A 3× product can fall sharply before a daily model can respond.
  • Compounding and path dependency: the sequence of returns affects the result; volatility can erode value even if the index later returns near its starting level.
  • Concentration: SOXL is concentrated in semiconductors and related companies. Sector, technology, supply-chain and geopolitical shocks can be severe.
  • Model risk: moving averages and volatility estimates can be late, unstable or wrong for future conditions. Whipsaw, missed rebounds and prolonged underperformance are possible.
  • Implementation risk: spreads, market gaps, slippage, taxes, fees, trading restrictions, liquidity and unavailable products can make a user's outcome materially worse than a model.
  • Counterparty, derivatives and tracking risk: leveraged funds use swaps and other derivatives and may not achieve their stated daily objective.
  • Currency and wrapper risk: fund domicile, trading currency, base currency, withholding taxes, estate rules and retail-access rules differ by investor and jurisdiction.
  • Cash is not protection: a cash regime can reduce exposure but cannot prevent all losses, guarantee timely re-entry or ensure a positive return.

Read each fund's current prospectus and key information before any independent decision. The US SEC's investor guidance explains why leveraged and inverse ETFs can produce unexpected longer-term results and sudden losses: Investor.gov leveraged and inverse ETF bulletin ↗.

03

Hypothetical, backtested and forward-model performance

Backtests, extended proxies, stress tests and the post-2025 Model Portfolio are hypothetical. They are not the performance of a client account, audited fund, broker statement or composite of actual accounts. No representation is made that any person achieved or could achieve the displayed result.

  • Backtests benefit from hindsight and a fixed rule set selected with knowledge of historical markets. They do not reflect every alternative rule that was considered.
  • Extended periods include synthetic 3× series and proxy assets before ETF inception. Proxy returns are not the historical returns of SPXL, SOXL or VWRA.
  • Results include stated model-cost and financing assumptions but may exclude or underestimate spreads, market impact, borrow, taxes, fund expenses, currency conversion, subscription costs and individual constraints.
  • Model execution uses completed data and assumed next-session treatment. Displayed close references are not verified fills and may be impossible for a user to obtain.
  • Benchmarks are shown for context and may have different risk, geography, leverage, costs and investability.

Past, backtested or modelled performance does not predict or guarantee future results. A model that reduced a historical drawdown may fail to do so next time.

04

Data, calculation and service limitations

2BOOST uses third-party end-of-day market data and internal calculations. Data can be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, revised or unavailable; corporate actions, time zones and vendor methodology can change results. “As of” means the latest completed observation processed by the system, not a real-time quote.

There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access, a particular update time, accuracy, completeness or delivery of any message. Maintenance, vendor changes, cloud outages, security incidents or model errors can delay or suspend the service. Members should never rely on 2BOOST as their only information source or as an emergency alert system.

Market data and fund names remain the property of their respective providers and issuers. Access to 2BOOST does not grant a right to scrape, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit third-party data.

05

Terms of use

By using the website or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter these terms, use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction and comply with product and broker restrictions. Beta access is personal and may be suspended or withdrawn for misuse or security reasons.
  2. Account security. Keep credentials confidential, use accurate account information and notify support@2boost.io of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  3. Permitted use. 2BOOST grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the content for personal research. Automated extraction, resale, redistribution, credential sharing, reverse engineering and interference with security controls are prohibited.
  4. Beta changes. Features, models, data sources, access and pricing may change or be discontinued. During the current beta no payment is accepted and no paid entitlement is promised.
  5. Intellectual property. Site design, text, model presentation and original code remain owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party marks identify their owners and imply no endorsement.
  6. Disclaimers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is supplied “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, availability or non-infringement.
  7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2BOOST is not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, data or delivery errors, indirect loss or decisions made using the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
  8. Governing law. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to a consumer. The competent courts in Switzerland have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

06

Account and model-update emails

The beta currently sends essential account emails through the authentication provider, such as invitations, temporary passwords and password recovery. A separate operational alarm may notify the site operator if a scheduled data update fails. This alarm is not sent to customers.

Customer model-change, trade-signal and marketing emails are not currently active. If introduced, they require a separate delivery system, recipient records, consent or another valid legal basis where applicable, delivery logs and working unsubscribe/preferences controls.

Future model emails would remain impersonal research notifications and not personal recommendations. Essential security or service emails may still be sent when required to operate an account. Marketing messages will identify the sender and include an opt-out where required.

07

Privacy notice

Controller. 2BOOST, an early-stage project operated from Switzerland. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: privacy@2boost.io. Full legal entity and postal-service details must be published before any paid public launch.

Data collected. The public site currently uses no advertising analytics. For registered accounts, 2BOOST and its service providers process email address, authentication identifiers, login/security events, IP address, browser/device and request logs, account status and communications. No brokerage credentials, portfolio holdings or payment-card data are requested during beta.

Purposes and legal bases. Data is used to create and secure accounts, authenticate access, provide requested beta features, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, communicate essential service information and meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, the bases are steps requested before or performance of a service, legitimate interests in secure operation, legal obligations and consent for optional marketing.

Providers and transfers. Amazon Web Services supplies hosting, authentication, logs and transactional account email; Cloudflare supplies DNS and related network services. These providers may process data in Switzerland, the EEA, the United States or other locations under their contractual and legal transfer mechanisms. 2BOOST does not sell personal data.

Retention. Account data is kept while an invitation/account is active and for a limited period afterwards for security, dispute and legal purposes. Operational logs are configured for short retention where practical. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal duties.

Your choices and rights. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Identity may be verified before a request is fulfilled. Contact privacy@2boost.io.

Local storage and cookies. The site stores short-lived authentication state and tokens in browser session storage, which is cleared when the browser session ends or you sign out. The hosted authentication page may use strictly necessary cookies. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are added, the notice and consent controls must be updated first.

Children. The service is not directed to children and accounts are not knowingly offered to anyone under 18.

08

Beta operator and contact

2BOOST is an early-stage research project operated from Switzerland. It is not presented as a bank, broker, fund, asset manager or investment adviser. Before accepting payment or launching broadly, the operator must complete a jurisdiction-specific legal review, publish a full imprint/legal identity and service address, confirm data-commercialisation rights, and implement customer support, billing, cancellation and email-preference processes.
